World Vision provides cash to help students affected by storms in Dhamairhat return to school

Dhamirhat (Naogaon) Representative:

Cash has been provided by World Vision to help students who have dropped out of school in Dhamirhat, Naogaon.

On September 22 (Monday) at 3 pm, World Vision organized a health and child protection and child labor campaign in which cash was distributed to 17 child labor families, health aids were provided to 9 community clinics, sports equipment was provided to 9 educational institutions, and mosquito nets were distributed to 180 students to eliminate dengue. AP Manager Maynuel Hasda presided over the event, and Upazila Executive Officer Shaharia Rahman was present as the chief guest.

Present at the event were Upazila Health Complex Family Planning Officer Dr. Ashish Kumar Biswas, Municipal Executive Officer Sajal Kumar Mondal, Women’s Affairs Officer Khandaker Makamam Mahmuda, World Vision Senior Program Officer Nathan Chowkidar, Junior Program Officer Sharmin Akhter Suravi, and others.
