The 13th scholarship examination of the Mujibur Rahman Memorial Foundation was held in Dhamirhat at the secondary level. More than 1,200 students of classes 6, 7 and 8 participated in the examination held at Dhamirhat Safia Pilot High School from 11 am to 12:30 pm on December 9. The headmaster of the center, Safia Pilot High School, A. Rahman said, “Students participated in the examination in a very orderly and disciplined environment in a cheating-free environment.” School Managing Committee President and Jubo Dal leader Jahangir Alam Liton said, “The examination system is one of the means of assessing merit in the field of education.”
After the examination, former headmaster SM Khelal-e-Rabbani, coordinator of the Mujibur Rahman Memorial Foundation, addressed the examinees, “Harjit will remain forever, but we still have to move forward. We have to prove by pushing away fear and participating in the examination that I am also interested in gathering knowledge and competing to be the first.”
In the future, the scholarship program of Mujibur Rahman Memorial Foundation will continue as a means of strengthening the new generation with merit, God willing, to play a role in the leadership of the nation and the welfare of the country. This is the expectation expressed by Alamgir Kabir, the founding chairman of Mujibur Rahman Memorial Foundation. This year, 1229 candidates participated in the secondary scholarship examination.
