A view-sharing meeting was held with the leaders of five police stations of the Joypurhat District Jatiya Nagorik Party.
The meeting was attended by Jatiya Nagorik Party Jubo Shakti Central Organizer Md. Ashraful Islam, Joypurhat District Acting Chief Coordinator Engineer Golam Kabir, Sadar Chief Coordinator Journalist Ismail Hadi, District Member Secretary Zahura Begum, Proposed District Jubo Shakti Convener Maulana Imran Hossain, Member Secretary Golap Hossain and district and upazila level leaders.
At the meeting, Jubo Shakti Central Organizer Md. Ashraful Islam said, “You will play a key role in the leadership of Joypurhat in the future. You have to work as a political factor, stand by the helpless people and take a leading role in eradicating corruption. The organization’s activities must be strengthened at every ward, union and police station level.”
He also urged, “Those who want to do healthy politics in the future, join the Jatiya Nagorik Party in groups.” Acting Chief Coordinator Engineer Golam Kabir said at the meeting, “Everyone needs a collective role to give the district a strong organizational form. Joypurhat will be a shining example of national politics through the implementation of the program as per the central directive.”
He also said, “In national politics, first reforms, justice and the constitution must be re-established—no elections should be held before that. The blood of the people is not for any political party to sit in the seat of power, it is for the establishment of justice.” Maulana Imran Hossain, who was nominated as the convener of Yubo Shakti at the meeting, said, “The national youth power will be made more dynamic by creating employment for the youth. Our goal is to create employment opportunities for the youth by coordinating with various departments and offices.” He called on all young and interested youth to join the national youth power.
At the end of the meeting, the meeting was declared over with a pledge to strengthen the organizational activities of Joypurhat District National Citizen Party and Yubo Shakti as per the central directive.
