NCP did not become the 46th political party – Sarjis Alam

NCP Chief Organizer (Northern Region) Sarjis Alam said, Jatiya Nagorik Party did not come to be the 46th political party in the country’s politics. We will either be the government party representing the people, or we will be a strong opposition party. We did not come from a pet political party like Jatiya Party.

He also said, BNP-Jamaat will not be able to lead alone on the issue of Awami League and Indian hegemony in the future Bangladesh, NCP is necessary here.

Sarjis Alam said these things while speaking as the chief guest at the district coordination meeting of Jatiya Nagorik Party organized at Narsingdi District Shilpakala Academy Hallroom on Sunday (October 26) night.

The meeting was presided over by Awlad Hossain Joni, chief coordinator of NCP’s Narsingdi district branch, and was attended by central joint convener Sarwar Tushar, divisional organizing secretary (Dhaka) Saiful Haider, joint chief organizer Abdul Al Faisal, central member Abdullahil Mamun Niloy and others.
