On the occasion of the 82nd birthday of BNP Chairman, former Prime Minister, Mother of Democracy Begum Khaleda Zia, a Milad and Doa Mahfil was held at the Upazila BNP office (15 August 2026) at 5 pm in Bholahat, Chapainawabganj.
Former MP, 44 Chapainawabganj-2 and Central National Executive BNP’s Industry and Commerce Affairs Co-Secretary Alhaj Md. Aminul Islam Amin spoke as the chief guest on mobile at the event organized by Upazila BNP and its affiliated organizations. Former Upazila Chairman and: Professor Md. Anwarul Islam Anwar were present as the chief speaker and special guest.
Upazila BNP Senior Vice President and former UP Chairman Md. Mahatab Uddin presided over the event, while former Upazila Women Vice Chairman Reshmatul Aras Rekha, former UP Chairman Md. Abdul Quader, Contractor Md. Alauddin, UP Chairman Md. Afaz Uddin Panu Mia, former Upazila Jubo Dal President Md. Belal Uddin, among others, were present.
Upazila student leader Arafat Hossain Sunny and Sanwar Hossain Sumon jointly moderated the event, while BNP leader and former UP member Abdul Bari, along with Professors Tariqul Islam, Rafiqul Islam Rana, student leader Rubel Rana, and leaders and activists of Upazila BNP and its affiliates were present.
