On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of BRAC Bank PLC, one of the country’s leading private financial institutions, a cake cutting and discussion meeting was organized in a joyful atmosphere at the Basabo branch in the capital. The event held on Sunday (July 5, 2026) was attended by bank officials, customers and invited guests.
Muhammad Jamal Hossain, President of the Policy-Making Council of the National Journalists’ Association, was present as the special guest at the event. He extended his greetings on the anniversary of BRAC Bank and said that BRAC Bank has created its own position as a symbol of trust in the country’s banking sector through customer service, technology-based banking and financial inclusion in the past 25 years. He expressed hope that it will play an important role in the country’s economic progress by further improving the trust and quality of services of its customers in the future as well.
The event was presided over by Basabo branch manager Mousumi Kabir. Regional Head Sadia, Mahmuda Akhter, Basabo branch officials and employees and a large number of customers were present at the event.
