The Utthan Ekadashi Ashtakali Lila Kirtan was held in a solemn and festive atmosphere at the premises of the Hatkhola Sahapara Temple in Ranishankail Upazila of Thakurgaon.
Devotees participated in various religious events throughout the day, starting at 11:30 pm on Saturday (November 2).
The program was attended by the trusted leader of Ranishankail and Pirganj residents, former member of parliament from Thakurgaon-03 constituency, Mr. Md. Zahidur Rahman Zahid, as the chief guest. Ranishankail Municipal BNP President Md. Shahjahan Ali Lecturer and Municipal BNP General Secretary Mohsin Ali were present as special guests.
Also present were Ranishankail Upazila BNP Vice President Md. Mahmudur Nabi Panna, Upazila BNP Joint General Secretary Muntasir Al Mithu, Vice Presidents Md. Nur Nabi and Md. Khalilur Rahman, Ranishankail Zia Parishad Joint General Secretary Md. Nabab Ali, Municipal Ward No. 1 President Md. Golam Rasul, Ward No. 6 President Md. Hamidur Rahman, and leaders and activists of various BNP organs and associate organizations.
The program was moderated by Prashant Basak. A festive atmosphere prevailed in the entire area surrounding this religious program. Devotees observed the holy Utthan Ekadashi through music, kirtan, worship and prayers.
