Narail, Naragati Police Station OC Ashikur Rahman led two arrests with twenty-one pieces of Yaba tablets. The Naragati Police Station of Narail district has arrested two drug dealers named Rashed Gazi Ripon Gazi (28) and Rubel Mir (32), who are involved in drug trade.

The arrested Rashed Gazi Ripon Gazi (28) is the son of Alam Gazi of Jogania village under Naragati police station and Rubel Mir (32) is the son of the deceased Ashraf Mir of Kalabaria village under Naragati police station. They were arrested from Jogania village of Baoisona union under Naragati police station at 22:50 pm on September 22, 2025. Based on a secret information, under the supervision of Narail Naragati Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Ashikur Rahman, SI (retd) Rajib Pal Raju and ASI (retd) Md. Iqbal Hossain along with the accompanying force conducted a drive and arrested Rashed Gazi Ripon Gazi (28) and Rubel Mir (32).

At that time, twenty-one pieces of Yaba tablets were seized from the arrested accused. A case has been registered under the Naragati Police Station under the Naragati Control Act in this regard. The accused has been handed over to the learned court. The district police is working sincerely to make Narail drug-free under the direction of Narail District Superintendent of Police Md. Rabiul Islam.
