Tawfiq Ahmed, a talented student from the small village of Phulkot in Amrul Union of Shajahanpur Upazila of Bogra, has come into the spotlight after securing 18th place in the merit list across the country in the 49th BCS examination.
He is currently a Master’s student in the English department of Government Azizul Haque College. His family, teachers and classmates are proud and happy about this extraordinary achievement.
