Under the supervision of Naogaon District Superintendent of Police Mr. Mohammad Tariqul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police Sadar Circle Naogaon, OC Naogaon Police Station, OC DB Naoga, OC Adamdighi, OC DB Bogra District, a joint operation was conducted and members of the suspected robbery gang (1) Md. Rabbi Islam Zisan (30); (2) Mehedi alias Pappu (28) were arrested. Some parts of gold ornaments were recovered from Zisan. They are connected to various robbery activities in the Santahar Railway Junction area.

On the 16th, the CNG truck carrying passengers during the robbery incident of Dhaka Power Distribution Company Junior Assistant Manager Md. Fazle Rabbi and his wife was hacked and injured and the driver, Matiur Rahman (43) Adamdighi Bogra, was also arrested as his role is suspicious. Legal action has been taken against the arrested.
