A preparatory meeting has been held by the Tentulia Upazila administration on the occasion of the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja 2025 celebration. Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Musa Mia, Bhajanpur UP Chairman Moslim Uddin, Upazila Puja Celebration Parishad President Hira Kanta Roy, General Secretary Birendra Nath Barman, Upazila Youth Party Member Secretary Zakir Hossain, Upazila Chhatra Dal Convener Nuruzzaman Dulal, Member Secretary Abu Bakkar Siddique (Green), Upazila Coordinator of Jatiya Nagorik Party (NPP) Habibur Rahman and others spoke at the meeting.

At this time, officials of various departments of the upazila, public representatives and prominent political figures, as well as the presidents and general secretaries of the Durga Puja celebration committees at 9 pavilions of Tentulia upazila were present.

In the meeting, the overall situation for maintaining law and order including traffic congestion in the area during the puja celebration, waterlogging, electric lights and road renovation on various roads, installation of CCTV cameras at each puja pavilion, recruitment of police and Ansar members, and volunteers were discussed in detail.

In addition, everyone was called upon to cooperate unitedly from their respective positions to celebrate the Durga Puja in a fair and beautiful manner.
