A teenager named Hasibul Matubbar (15) died while charging an autovan in Saltha, Faridpur. The incident took place on Wednesday (October 15) afternoon. The deceased Hasibul is the son of Ripon Matubbar of Uttar Fulbaria Kazi Para in Ballabhdi Union of the upazila.
A shadow of grief has fallen on the area due to this incident.
According to the family of the deceased and local sources, the deceased Hasibul's father Ripon Matubbar works in Dhaka, Hasibul lives at home with his mother and two sisters. In the hope of additional income in the family, he bought him an autovan by taking installments a few days ago. Hasibul returned home by driving the van like every day.

He returned around 12 noon because the autovan was low on charge. When he tried to charge it again, he got entangled in an electric wire. After that, when he was taken to the hospital in a lifeless state, the doctor on duty declared him dead. The mother and his father are grieving the loss of their only son.
Confirming the incident, Saltha Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Ataur Rahman said, "We have received information about the death of a person while charging an automatic vehicle. The matter will be investigated and further action will be taken."
