A prayer mahfil was held in Shajahanpur, Bogra, to pray for the speedy recovery and recovery of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. On Thursday (December 4) afternoon, thousands of students of Upazila BNP, Sammilita locals and Hafezia Madrasa spontaneously participated in this mahfil at Majhira Model High School ground.
Special prayers were offered in the prayer mahfil, praying for Begum Khaleda Zia’s speedy recovery and peace, stability and prosperity of the country. Bogra District BNP President Rezaul Karim Badsha was present as the chief guest.
The event was chaired by Bogra District BNP Joint General Secretary and Shajahanpur Upazila BNP President Mr. Enamul Haque Shahin and moderated by Upazila BNP General Secretary Azizur Rahman Bidyut. Other present at the event were – former District BNP General Secretary and Central Executive Committee member Joynal Abedin Chan, District BNP Vice President and Gabtoli Upazila BNP President Morshed Milton, Joint General Secretary Sheikh Taha Uddin Nahin, Gabtoli Upazila BNP General Secretary Enamul Haque Notun, Gabtoli Municipality Mayor Saiful Islam, Municipal BNP General Secretary Abdur Rahim Pintu and leaders at various levels of the district.

Maulana Zahidur Rahman, convener of Upazila Ulama Dal, conducted a special prayer at the event.
