A “Police-Magistracy Conference” was held in the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Conference Room at Dinajpur. Senior District and Sessions Judge, Dinajpur was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Dinajpur District Superintendent of Police Md. Marufat Hussain was the special guest.

In the conference, constructive discussions were held on various aspects of increasing coordination between the judicial courts and administration of Dinajpur district, accelerating the speed of judicial proceedings, maintaining law and order and improving and making public service activities more effective. In addition, discussions were held on enhancing cooperation between judicial and policing activities and new mechanisms for delivering services to the public.

Officials present at the conference emphasized on strengthening the law and order situation in the district through such coordinated initiatives.
