Today, September 15 (Monday) at 11 am, at the intersection of Shialkathi Union No. 5 of Kawkhali Upazila of Pirojpur, with the cooperation of the local people and the organization of the police station, an open house day was held at the intersection to prevent drugs, terrorism, militancy, child marriage and eve teasing.

The chief guest at the open house day was the Honorable Superintendent of Police of Pirojpur district, Khan Muhammad Abu Naser. Also present at the time were Assistant Superintendent of Police (Nesarabad Circle) Sabiha Mehbooba, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Trainee) Bayozid Islam.

Mr. Md. Solaiman, Officer-in-Charge of Kawkhali, presided over the event. At this time, the affected people present at the Open House Day fearlessly expressed their problems to the chief guest on various issues. Later, the guest gave directions to the concerned Kaukhali police officers to resolve all the problems raised by the affected people.
