A motorcyclist has been tragically killed after being hit by a tractor loaded with soil in Bholahat, Chapainawabganj.
According to Sarjamin and police sources, the accident occurred at around 8 am on Friday (January 9, 2026) in the Khaspara area of Fatepur village, Jambaria union no. 4, Bholahat upazila.
The deceased is Milon Hossain (40), son of Bikol Sentu of Dhunninagar village, Shibganj upazila, Chapainawabganj district. Local sources and police say that Milon Hossain suddenly braked when he saw mud on the road while riding a motorcycle. As a result, he lost control of the motorcycle and fell off. At that time, he fell under the wheels of a tractor loaded with soil coming from behind and died on the spot.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Bholahat Police Station along with SI Md. Khairul Islam and other forces rushed to the spot, recovered the body of the deceased, arrested the tractor driver and started taking appropriate legal action.
