A prayer and milad mahfil was held by the traditional Katiadi Journalist Forum of Kishoreganj to pray for the recovery and well-being of BNP Chairperson and former successful Prime Minister, uncompromising national leader Begum Khaleda Zia.
On Saturday (November 29), after Maghrib, at the hall of Baitus Sunnah Noorani Madrasa in Katiadi Municipality, under the chairmanship of Katiadi Journalist Forum President Md. Nazrul Islam and moderated by General Secretary Mofassel Sarkar, the founding director of the madrasa, Hafez Qari Maulana Abu Talha, conducted a special prayer for the recovery and well-being of Begum Khaleda Zia.
Present at the event were Katiadi Upazila BNP Vice President and Katiadi Upazila Parishad Chairman candidate Mizanur Rahman Swapan, Vice President Sheikh Jasim Uddin Menu and Vice President Md. Shahidullah, Katiadi Journalists Forum Joint General Secretary Harun Or Rashid, Organizing Secretary A.S. M Hamid Hasan, Office Secretary Halim Hossain, Finance Secretary Bakul Hasan, Madrasa teachers Hafez Baijid Ahmed, Maulana Abdur Rahim, Maulana Mazharul Islam, Katiadi Journalists Forum journalists, Madrasa teachers and students and prominent figures of the upazila.
