As part of the nationwide public relations campaign in Ramganj, Lakshmipur, a courtesy call was held on Monday by the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ramganj Municipal Branch with officials from various departments including the Upazila Executive Officer's office.
Led by Upazila Ameer and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami nominated MP candidate Nazmul Hasan, the public relations event was also attended by Ramganj Municipality Ameer Advocate Hasan Banna, Upazila Nayeb Ameer Master Abul Hossain, Municipal Secretary Maulana Ismail Elias, Upazila and Municipal Youth Division Secretaries Shamsul Alam Nippon and Enamul Ahsan Rubel, and others.
During the event, the leaders held an open discussion on various issues including various infrastructure developments including roads, facilitating access to various government facilities and taking steps to stop harassment.

In addition, he requested various officials to provide any criticism, corrections and suggestions regarding the activities of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islam, which has been a victim of state conspiracy and propaganda for the past 17 years, if any.
The leaders further said that we all want to build this fragile state of ours as a welfare state based on the values of justice, honesty, trustworthiness and patriotism.
You will properly fulfill that trust of the state from important positions in the government and take the opinion of all the people, including us, if necessary.
