Organized by Kaukhali Upazila Youth Development Department under Pirojpur district, the 5th training course on "Informal Family Cow Husbandry" was inaugurated for 7 days.
On Thursday (November 24) at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the said training was organized at Pashari Bunia Youth Welfare Organization of Dhawa Union of Upazila. The training was organized on Wednesday as a continuation of the training in various trades under the revenue budget of 2025-26 under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, under the chairmanship of Upazila Youth Development Officer, Syed Ajmal Hossain, Md. Abdul Hai Mallick, Deputy Director Youth Development Directorate Pirojpur was present as the chief guest.
Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Sudev Sarkar and Md. Nurul Islam Administrator No. 5 Dhawa Union Bhandaria were present as special guests and session moderators. Also Assistant Youth Development Officer and staff. The training will run for 7 days from November 24 to November 30. A total of 30 young men and women aged 18-35 participated in a training session.

Notebooks and pens are provided to the students at the beginning of the training. Also, after the training, a travel allowance of 100 taka per day will be given and a certificate will be issued at the end. So that later the trainees can become self-reliant by taking loans at a low rate from the Youth Development Department. The chief guest said in the opening speech, under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, an initiative has been taken to train 2 lakh 60 thousand workers in various trades in the financial year 2025-26. He requested all present to complete the training diligently to become family and financially independent.
At this time, the speaker also said that no harmful medicine and food should be used in cow rearing and fattening. Request the farmer entrepreneur to contact livestock officials to resolve any issues.
