The parents of Rajshahi district and the city are vocal about the unbridled money-making in the coaching business of Rajshahi. The coaching centers of Rajshahi city keep the students as profit-oriented business organizations instead of providing them with education. Since there is no proper attention to all the students in coaching, the quality of education is not maintained, while the parents' hard-earned money is not getting the desired results. It has become common for all the students in Rajshahi city to study with their brothers, there is no problem in that, but proper service is not being provided. Although all the ancillary activities are available, not everyone gets the benefits of it.

A class with the presence of 50 to 200 people in the same class does not mean either a coaching class or a private class. Private classes can have 15 to 20 students per batch. Many parents are not getting proper service at coaching centers and are increasing the course fee, which is one thing, and taking 12 months of advance course fee 3 months in advance and teaching for 8 months is not logical. The city residents are strongly appealing to cancel the course fee and set a monthly tolerable fee.

Again, it is seen that there should be a batch of 15 to 20 students per class. Students are in danger because boys and girls are interested in studying with their brothers instead of school. Coaching means teaching at any place by any teacher/brother inside/outside the coaching-educational institution.

In order to maintain the standard of tolerant education against the irregularities and arbitrariness of private coaching centers and Bhaiya groups in Rajshahi district, the Education Protection Committee Rajshahi (proposed) has organized an exchange of views at the teachers' auditorium of Rajshahi College on Monday, November 17 at 5:30 pm. To rein in the coaching business in the metropolis, the overall situation must come within the rules and regulations in the interest of the guardians.

The following are 11 aspects of the coaching policy:

(1) Canceling the advance course fee and determining the monthly salary (which is payable from the 1st to the 7th at the beginning of the month).

(2) Determining the number of seats in each batch (following the national model).

(3) Refraining from admission activities before the annual examination.
(4) Catching and collecting class attendance from all students in each batch.
(5) Avoiding misbehavior with students and throwing them out of class for money.
(6) Taking money in advance for 3 months as course fee basically means taking money in advance for 9 months, stop it.
(7) The benches used for students to sit are so close or have less space that it is not suitable for everyone to sit or it is difficult. The benches are attached to each other, they cannot be moved.
(8) Time pass tests without completing a chapter, which should be taken after completing a few tests.
(9) Students are scolded in various ways when they stand and ask questions. No one has the opportunity to ask questions in the class.
(10) Taking money in advance does not complete the six-monthly and annual courses properly. (11) Listening to family stories, ending the time by telling stories of the teacher.

Parents say that they do not admit children to private schools because they are less talented, it will take more time to understand them. Brothers think that earning money is the main goal and continue their low-quality studies.

This is basically a business-oriented private class. Coaching business In the past, in view of the verdict of the writ petition (7366/2011) filed by the guardians, an order was issued on June 20, 2012 (20-06-2012) to close the coaching center, which has instructions to issue any other order. According to Section 9, no house rental/coaching business can be run in the name of the coaching center. However, private teaching can be done with not more than 10 students in one's own house. Again, in the approved coaching, a maximum of 40 students can be in one batch. The guardians are not observing that.

Although all the activities are in place, everyone is getting the benefits of it. We want a remedy through the District Commissioner and Additional District Commissioner to stop this coaching business.
