A farewell reception was given to the head teachers who retired in 2025 at the secondary level of Shibpur Upazila of Narsingdi. The reception was organized by the Upazila administration on Saturday (January 10) afternoon at the Shibpur Government Pilot Model High School Hall Room. Upazila Executive Officer Md. Farzana Yasmin was present as the chief guest at the reception.

Shibpur Upazila Secondary Education Officer Altaf Hossain presided over the program, and among others, Shibpur Government Pilot Model High School Headmaster Nur Uddin Md. Alamgir, Baroigaon Madrasa Principal Habibur Rahman, Sadharchar High School Headmaster Abdul Bashet, Brahmannadi High School Headmaster Md. Kamrul Hasan, etc., spoke at the event.

The outgoing principals were Mohabbat Hossain, principal of Shibpur Pilot Girls' High School, Jahangir Kabir, principal of Moharpara High School, Md. Nazrul Islam Bhuiyan, principal of Chaitanya Bahumukhi High School, Md. Zakir Hossain Mirza, principal of Paratola Sikder Abdul Mannan High School, Md. Awlad Hossain Sarkar, principal of Kazi Mofiz Uddin High School, and Md. Monir Hossain, principal of Doripura Adarsh ​​High School. After the reception, prizes were distributed among the winning students of the 54th Winter Sports Competition.
