The Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal Central Parliament organized a visit to the graves of 10 martyrs of the July Movement, a prayer meeting and a courtesy meeting with the family members of the martyrs in Magura. At this time, gifts were presented to the families of the martyrs on behalf of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
On Saturday (01) August, the leaders of the Central Chhatra Dal after visiting the graves of the martyrs participated in a special prayer and supplication, seeking forgiveness for their souls. Later, they inquired about the family members of the martyrs and presented gifts on behalf of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal Central Parliament Vice President Anwar Parvez, Joint General Secretary Noor Alam and Joint General Secretary Sarkar Jasim Uddin Samrat were present at the time.
The leaders said that the nation will forever remember the sacrifices of the martyrs of the July Movement with respect. They assured to continue all kinds of cooperation with the martyr’s family in the future.
At the same time, they urged the leaders and activists of the district Chhatra Dal to regularly inquire about the martyr’s family and stand by them.
Shaheed Mehedi Hasan Rabbi’s brother Md. Idris Hossain said, Mehedi Hasan Rabbi was the joint secretary of Chhatra Dal. He was a dedicated worker for BNP. He actively participated in every program and meeting of the party.
