With the theme of Bangladesh as the country of talent, science and innovation, a program on startup science projects and innovative ideas exhibition was held at the upazila level in Singra, Natore with the participation of students and teachers.
The program was held on Friday morning in the hall of the Upazila Parishad. Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Abdullah Al Rifat presided over the program. Students from various educational institutions of the upazila presented their innovative projects, science-based research and startup ideas at the exhibition.
Among others, Upazila Academic Supervisor Sajedul Karim Siddiqui, Gol-e-Afroz Government College Lecturer Sumi Khatun, Upazila ICT Programmer Mazdar Ali and Upazila Diabetic Association General Secretary Milan Hossain Master spoke at the event.
Teachers, students, guardians and dignitaries from various educational institutions of the upazila were present at the exhibition.
At the end of the exhibition, Singra Damdama Pilot School and College secured the first place based on the evaluation of the judges. Singra Biyam Laboratory School and College came second and Singra Damdama Government Girls High School came third. The winners will participate in the district level.
