Raipur (Lakshmipur) Correspondent:
Radif Al Hasan, an 8-year-old child, has become a full Hafiz of the Holy Quran including Najera in just 17 months from Hafezi Madrasa, a non-residential Quran education institution in Raipur city, Lakshmipur. His father, Md. Harunur Rashid, is the headmaster of Charpata Government Primary School. He is a resident of Char Mohana Union No. 3.
In recognition of his unique achievement, the madrasa presented him with a new bicycle as a gift at a reception organized by the madrasa. Radif is studying at Al-Abrar Tahfizul Quran Madrasa located on the second floor of Shamshun Nesa Mansion in the Raipur Bus Terminal area. The institution is completely non-residential.
The madrasa started its journey with only 25 students two years ago. Currently, about 25 students are studying in the Najera, Hifz and Shunani departments of the madrasa. Madrasas with a Hifz department are usually residential. But even in a non-residential environment, the fact that 8-year-old Radif, along with Nazera, completed Hifz in just 17 months is a big achievement for the institution.
Madrasa Director Hafez Maulana Muhammad Abrar Hossain said, "We give bicycles as gifts to students who become Hafizs in our institution." And this achievement is the combined result of our planned teaching, the students' concentration and the cooperation of their parents.
Raipur Bus Terminal Jame Mosque Khatib Maulana Sultan Mahmud Khan was the chief guest at the event. At that time, some other students were given Shabbak.
