Chapainawabganj 53 BGB conducted a special patrol operation of Chapainawabganj Battalion (53 BGB) today on 18th December 2025 at 09:00 pm based on secret information and seized Indian narcotic syrup in quantity. 01 special patrol team of Masudpur BOP under 53 BGB raided Thuthapara village of Manaksha Union under Shivganj police station and seized 375 bottles of Indian intoxicating chocolate syrup in 04 sacks, the total market value of which is approximately Tk 02 lakhs.
The seized narcotic syrup has been deposited at Shibganj police station. A total of 812 bottles of Indian intoxicating syrup were seized by 53 BGB at Chapainawabganj border in the last 24 hours. Commander of Chapainawabganj Battalion (53 BGB) Lieutenant Colonel Kazi Mostafizur Rahman confirmed the truth of the PSCA matter.
